To Register for the online ordering Service...
To sign up for the service, all you need to do is complete a simple form and we will contact your GP surgery to order and collect your repeat prescription. You can then collect your medicines from the pharmacy or, if it is more convenient, we’ll deliver your medicines to your home address
If you would like to register for the Repeat Prescription Service, it's easy:

Bring your prescription and completed repeat slip into the pharmacy

Fill in a repeat prescription registration form and hand it to the pharmacist or click here to download the repeat prescription form for you to complete and bring into the store.
You will need Adobe Reader in order to open this form. Adobe Reader can be downloaded, free of charge from here:

We will look after your repeat slip and contact your GP on your behalf
- We will have your medicines ready for you to collect from the pharmacy or we can deliver them to your home
Don’t worry about missing reviews with your GP; your doctor will tell us if you need to see them and we’ll let you know
